KQM positions systems in a referentially anchored coordinate space, enabling the identification of structural regimes, asymmetries, disproportionalities, recurring patterns, and threshold-based transformation. Empirical applications demonstrate that systems with similar rankings may belong to different structural regimes, while systems with different performance levels may share similar configurational characteristics. The main finding is that meaningful system analysis requires not only comparison of performance, but diagnosis of structural position and the patterns that emerge from it.
