On the Legal Relationship Between Consumer Associations and Consumers in Representative Actions for Redress≪: The work examines the legal relationship between consumer associations and registered consumers in representative actions for redress. The author assesses the associations’ right to bring representative actions for redress under German procedural law. He further addresses the question if, on which basis, and to what extent the association bringing the action is liable towards represented consumers.
