≫Corruption in Medical Journalism≪: This thesis examines legal approaches to combating corruption in medical journalism. In addition to defining key terms and the constitutional and European legal foundations, it analyzes the specific wrongdoing inherent in corruption within medical journalism. It then outlines both criminal and non-criminal legal measures for addressing this issue. Finally, to close remaining gaps, a new criminal offense is proposed.
