The present book includes extended and revised versions of selected papers submitted to the Topical Area of Information Technology for Business and Society, ITBS 2025, and the Thematic Track on Information System Management, ISM 2025, the Thematic Track on Data Science in Health, Ecology and Commerce, and the Thematic Track on Education & AI Systems, EDUC-AI-TION, held as part of the 20th Conference on Computer Science and Intelligence Systems, FedCSIS 2025, which took place in Krakow, Poland, during September 2025.

ITBS 2025 received a total of 16 submissions from which 3 full papers and 3 short papers are included in this book; for ISM 2025, 1 full paper and 2 short papers were selected from 7 submissions. Furthermore, the book contains 1 paper from DSH 2025 and 1 paper from Educ-AI-Tion 2025, selected from 9 and 6 submissions, respectively.
