For fifty years, the Aristoteles Latinus project has studied how our understanding of how Aristotle entered the Latin Middle Ages. Based in Leuven and rooted in early twentieth-century international collaboration, the Aristoteles Latinus project has traced the complex paths by which Aristotle's works were translated, read, and transmitted in medieval times.
