This edited book presents a comprehensive analysis of South Africa's Foundation Phase (FP) Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programme, drawing on four years of longitudinal research conducted by the Global Institute for Teacher Education and Society (GITES) at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
