≫Concept, Structures and Perspectives of KRITIS as a Regulatory Program≪: The concept of critical infrastructures, abbreviated ≫KRITIS≪, has become almost omnipresent in recent years - including in law. This work develops the structures of a regulatory program ≫KRITIS≪. To this end, an inventory of the KRITIS regulations is developed in order to examine the perspectives of the discourse in law. KRITIS is shown to be a central attribution of relevance and an element of a new ≫Risikopolitik≪ (risk policy) in law.
