The Consequences of the Security Law Obligation of a Person without Sufficient Civil Law Rights, Using the Example of a Demolition Order and the Necessity of a So-Called Toleration Order≪: If the addressee of a public-law demolition order is required to demolish a building to which a third party has a civil-law right, a conflict arises between the addressee's obligation to demolish and the conflicting rights of the third party. The aim of this study was to determine the legal consequences of such a demolition order and whether a toleration order must be issued to the third party to prevent these legal consequences.
