This book offers a pivotal concept, model, and tool called "Drench" that meets the need within organizational transformation to internalize, abide, and sustain the insights, learning, and the energy for change generated during an Appreciative Inquiry (Ai) or any other organization development (OD) process.
Drench is an active, non- action (state of presence) that helps an organization celebrate the discovery of strengths, soak in the dream of transformation, and allow the future to emerge. It facilitates a shift in the organizational consciousness and helps develop a belief in its ability to sustain the transformation.
