≫Section 271 of the German Criminal Code and the Principle of Legal Certainty≪: The rarely examined offense of Section 271 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) raises considerable legal concerns, particularly with regard to Article 103 (2) of the German Constitution. This dissertation examines Section 271 StGB and identifies the constitutional limits within which Section 271 StGB is (still) determinate. Moreover, criteria are developed that allow to apply the provision in practice in accordance with the constitution.
