≫Antinormativity and Imputation in Special Offenses. A Norm-Theoretical Investigation of their Foundation, their Consequences for Participation and their Differentiation from the so called Improper Special Offenses≪: Actions have different meanings depending on the context and the actor. It is not different with crimes. The legal system places different demands on legal subjects depending on their position. This work examines the expectations attached to special positions and their limits. It is argued that special offenses are to be understood as violations of special norms. On this basis, an interpretation key of Paragr. 28 StGB is proposed.
