≫The Forfeiture of Sovereignty and Sovereign Rights. A Contribution to the Theory of Forfeiture of Rights and Power≪: Taking into account comparative law, legal history and political philosophy, it is examined whether the anthropocentric turn in international law paves the way for a general principle of law of forfeiture of sovereignty.
