The 58 regular papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 282 submissions. The papers of NEW2AN address various aspects of next-generation data networks, while special attention is given to advanced wireless networking and applications. In particular, the authors have demonstrated novel and innovative approaches to performance and efficiency analysis of 5G and beyond systems, employed game-theoretical formulations, advanced queuing theory, and machine learning. It is also worth mentioning the rich coverage of the Internet of Things, optics, signal processing, as well as digital economy and business aspects.
