The leader in its field, Leading Constitutional Cases on Criminal Justice is updated annually and includes all significant cases decided in the preceding Term of the Court. Cases are edited generously and presented in a simple, straight forward format, for use in courses on constitutional law and criminal justice. The 2015 edition is published in August and is available for fall classes.For the 2015 edition, a note has been added about Rodriguez v. United States (2015) (Fourth Amendment; dog sniff following traffic stop). In addition, pursuant to the suggestions of a longtime user of the book, the dissenting opinion of Justice Scalia has been added to Maryland v. King, and the opinion of Justice Alito concurring in the judgment has been added to United States v. Jones.
