≫The Awarding of Water Concessions in the Light of the EU Directive Trilogy 2014 and the Public Procurement Law Modernization Act 2016 (VergRModG 2016)≪: For Directive 2014/23/EU (RL) and its national implementation, it is concluded that the partial application of the Directive to the award of water concessions increases legal certainty and the level of legal protection, and that the legal framework becomes more flexible as a result. The work closes a gap in legal certainty when awarding water concessions by legally invalidating the statements raised in the legislative process.
