Women and Health considers approximately 300 books published during the last three decades that are related to women's issues in health. It presents integrated facets of women's health from philosophical, religious, medical, sociocultural, historical, and experiential perspectives. Comprised of six chapters, each preceded by an introduction, this work considers historical, philosophical, and theological descriptions of women and their impact upon women's health.
