Since the publication of the previous edition, the Internet and electronic access to information has changed the landscape dramatically, raising new questions and issues to consider. Information providers in all types of settings must be equipped to set guidelines and policies for new and fast-changing points of access, factoring in all of the traditional principles of intellectual freedom.
