≫About the Loyalty of Citizens to the Constitution. Loyalty Requirements to the Citizens in a Free Constitutionally State with a Particular Consideration of the Declaration of Loyalty in Naturalization Law≪: The thesis analyzes the question, how the declaration of loyalty, which is demanded from naturalization applicants, is compatible with the general requirements to the civic loyalty to the constitution. Regarding philosophic and civic analysis, the finding is, that a general duty for the declaration does not exist. Because the populace can decide about acceptance of new members by its own, the declaration is constitutionally admissible. From a liberal view, a relinquishment of the declaration should be prioritized.
