Because of the changing political and ideological conditions in the German Empire, National Socialism, under Allied occupation, in the German Democratic Republic and in the Federal Republic, the tendency of their steady reduction finally becomes apparent only after 1946. Complete abolition, on the other hand, is not recommended.
