≫Regulability of Second Generation Outsourcing through Collective Bargaining Agreements for the Transfer of Employees≪: The subject of this thesis is the transfer of employees in the event of a change of supplier outside of Section 613a of the German Civil Code. On the basis of sector-specific regulations and existing collective agreements, the need for a collective agreement regulation is examined.
