Taking account of modern digital era, the emergence of Internet has brought a new scenario of ecology in project management (PM), its methodology, platform, procedures and tools are subjected to subversive changes. So a monograph of Project Management Under Internet Era is urgently needed for renewing concepts in our PM community.
