≫New Options for Compliance with Collective Agreements in Public Procurement Law≪ Against the background of the reform of public procurement law of 2016 to implement the requirements of Union law of 2014, the recent case law of the European Court of Justice on this field and the reform of the Posted Workers Directive of 2018, this study explores whether and which new options have emerged for binding the bidder to comply with collective agreements. The study comes to the conclusion that the ≫Bundeslaender≪ are competent for such laws and that no constitutional law nor Union law objections exist.
