It deals with Belgium, the Baltic States and Poland, in particular Austria-Hungary and the peace treaties of Saint Germain and Trianon. Many areas with German population were separated from Austria. Hungary lost about two-thirds of its territory. Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia emerged.
