≫The Platform Operator’s Responsibility as Offender for User-Generated Frames under Copyright Law≪ Discussions have been ongoing in the political discourse to an increasing degree, if and to what extent internet platforms shall be made liable for copyright infringements of its own users. The present study evaluates to what extent an accountability for copyright infringing framing is justifiable.
