The third edition of Corporate Criminal Liability will comment on the significant changes to law and practice brought about by the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2008 and 2007 respectively which will be in force in April 2008 and how the legislation has affected practice. It will fully update material from the second edition which covered the principles of corporate liability, procedure and evidence, director liability and individual offences to include important recent decisions, explanation of the legislative changes and guidance on proper corporate governance.
