解説

The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgements of national courts. Germany, Kuwait Airways Corp. v. Iraq), Hong Kong (FG Hemisphere v. Democratic Republic of the Congo) and the United Kingdom (NML v. Argentina), and the British Arab Commercial Bank v. National Transitional Council of the State of Libya case from the United Kingdom concerning the recognition of the new Government of Libya.
