While industrialized nations are facing declining birth rates and aging populations, developing countries must deal with rapid urbanization, migration movements, and ongoing population growth. "Population Dynamics and Supply Systems" explores the links between demographic changes, the environment, and sustainable development. These complex interactions are illustrated with the provisioning structures for water and food.
