Five years ago CEPS looked at the foundations of strategic partnership between the European Union and Russia in The Elephant and the Bear: The European Union, Russia and their Near Abroads. In this new book, analysts from both the EU and Russia speculate on whether these two very different animals can find a way to improve their strained relationship.
