今回新たにマイクロフィルム化された第4部には、1937年から96年までの資料と通信、法廷文書、覚書、ニュース記事、報告書、TGCの議事録などが集められました。TGCは、アルバニア、オーストリア、ベルギー、チェコスロヴァキア、ギリシア、イタリア、ルクセンブルク、オランダ、ポーランド、ユーゴスラヴィアなどの各政府からの申告を精査の上で金塊の配分を決定しました。なかでも、第二次世界大戦の賠償や戦後の金塊の返還に関するチェコスロヴァキア、オランダ、ポーランドの状況を明らかにする資料が多数含まれています。第４部資料はナチ研究、国際関係・現代史研究の貴重な資料です。
