This publication, which is a reflection and synthesis of the dialogue among the Task Force community, illustrates the importance placed on understanding, exploring and integrating the myriad applications of ICT with the Millennium Development Goals, a framework agreed to by member governments of the United Nations at the Millennium Summit in 2000.
