解説
This is the 15th volume in the series of studies published under the auspices of the Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution. It contains the voluntary guidelines for estimating and reporting emission data, prepared by the Convention's Task Force on Emission Inventories and Projections. These guidelines were developed to help parties to the Convention meet their obligations under the Convention and to achieve greater transparency, consistency, comparability, completeness and accuracy in reported emission data. While the guidelines offer voluntary guidance, their legal basis is established through decision 2002/10 under the Convention and the protocols in force (ECE/EB.AIR/77/Add. 1) adopted at its 20th session.
