解説
Hardly any law has undergone a development similar to the law of international protection of cultural property. In spite of this remarkable development in all respects, the successful solution of practical and academic questions concerning the international protection of cultural property found numerous obstacles. Those are based primarily on the fragmentation of the existing literature within many languages and legal systems, the multifaceted case law, the scattering of important documents and the disagreement on fundamental questions and definitions. This bibliography shall endeavour to overcome those obstacles in essential parts.
