This historical atlas covers the area from Poland, Lithuania and the eastern part of Germany to Greece and western Turkey - the geographical centre of the European continent - and extends in time from the early 5th century to the present day. This new edition incorporates the seismic political changes wrought since the revolutions of 1989.
