A practical guide to the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002, which makes substantial changes to the UK competition law regime. Issues covered include reform of merger control provisions; cartel criminalization; making provision for market investigations in place of the scale and complex monopoly provisions of the Fair Trading Act and new procedures for civil remedies and "super complaints".
