Asset securitization is an increasingly important area of finance and commerce, involving complex legal, tax and procedural issues. This report provides a case-study approach to this contentious area of law and practice, where each transaction and asset type presents its own problems and solutions. Each real-life case study is presented within a chapter template in order that comparisons may be made easily.
