Uncertain Security investigates the changing concept of security in an expanding Europe in the decade after the collapse of the Soviet Bloc. Christopher Ulrich and Timo Kivimaki's new work chronicles the dramatic geopolitical, economic, and social impact of transnational crime on the Baltics, Scandinavia, and post-Soviet Russia.
