The UK Government's publication of "All our Futures: Culture, Creativity and Education" has started a discussion about fostering creativity in education. Literature on creativity has made two assumptions: that we can learn about creativity by focussing on the work of geniuses; and creativity is the preserve of the arts, rather than the concern of the curriculum as a whole.
