This casebook offers intermediate-length, real-life cases that are complex enough to require student analysis, yet are short enough for instructors to use along with other teaching methods such as lecture or classroom exercises. Based on real events but with names changed, the cases either illustrate theory or describe a recent real-life dilemma requiring a decision. They reflect "critical incidents" in the life of the case's author or of the person/organization studied; long industry descriptions are forgone in favor of richer detail on the critical incidents and key players.
