This software provides guidance to help prepare and conduct effective staff appraisals. It provides a comprehensive list of key performance factors, such as initiative, leadership, organization and communication, and then allows the user to rate the employee's performance on a simple customizable scale. Based on the rating provided, the software then produces clear, concise text that automatically reinforces strong points and addresses where improvement is needed. The user is able to add comments or examples wherever necessary. The system requirements for the software are: MS Windows 3.1 and Windows 95, 386/25 Mhz PC or higher, 8MB of free hard disc space and 4MB RAM.
