解説
A set of 19 essays on late-1990s antitrust cases. Each essay in the text discusses a separate case and is written by an economist who actually participated in the case. The cases are organized into three major sections: horizontal structure; horizontal practices; and vertical and complementary market issues. Each section has an introductory/overview essay written by the editors. In this third edition, 11 cases have been added, and eight cases from the second edition have been updated and shortened. This book is intended for antitrust economics for undergraduates with basic knowledge of microeconomics, undergraduate public policy in business and in law, and graduate antitrust economics.
