Full amendment history is provided and the cross-referencing to analogous rules, relevant forms and practice directions is comprehensive. This edition includes the Mareva Injunction and Anton Piller Orders, revised Forms of Order and the revised Guide to Commerical Court Practice (1997). The introduction by Richard Greenslade (an assessor to the inquiry team) contains a summary of the Final Report's recommendations.
