解説
This text deals with organizational ethics and justice from both a normative and an empirical perspective. One of its main aims is to provide a comprehensive source reference on this interdisciplinary topic, and it brings together literature from moral philosophy, moral psychology, business ethics and organizational justice. The reference has three distinctive features. First, it presents a historical survey of philosophical thoughts on morality and justice. Second, it constitutes an integration of the theoretical-normative discussions of what ethical and just behaviour in an organization ought to be, with the descriptive-empirical findings of what people's understandings of such behaviours actually are. Third, it places the more recent organizational justice literature in the broader context of ethics.
