解説
The aim of this work is to provide coverage of individual employment rights as well as of the collective aspects of the subject by way of clear commentary, setting the law in context and linking a diversity of sources. It sets out to explain the major elements of employment law, and equally to emphasize the complex policy underpinning this dynamic and often controversial subject. The book is divided into two sections. The first, covering individual rights, deals with such important areas as contracts of employment, dismissals, business transfers, equal pay and discrimination at work. The second explores collective bargaining law, the law relating to trade unions and the legal control of strikes and industrial action.
