The first discusses the historical developments and backgrounds of Dutch government and its present day organisation at the national and local level. Part Two covers various aspects of the public policy making process including the design of policies, planning , implementation, evaluation and analysis, together with Part Three looks at public management issues including finance and human resource management. A Final section concentrates on policy sectors, such as higher education, health care and Social Welfare.
