Arranged under the same chapter headings as the "Introductory Guide", the casebook contains three types of material: extracts from Commission Decisions and Court of First Instance/Court of Justice judgements; selective EC legislations (the most important Treaty Articles, Regulations, Directives and Notices); and notes and questions prepared by the author to explain and reinforce key points.
