The first volume introduces feminist legal theory, presents important foundational articles, gives an overview of the debates going on in this field and suggests some of the newer directions that seem most promising. It is suitable for an introductory feminist legal theory course. The second volume is directed more to the teaching of law and to the relationship between feminist legal theory and other fields of law. The first section focuses on some of the major issues involves in teaching feminist legal theory as a seperate course. The middle section examines a number of feminist issues that are likely to arise in other law courses. The last section presents views about what kinds of major or sweepimg changes in law and society might result from feminist theory sometime in the future.
